How Much Do You Charge For Carpet Cleaning Services?
Our charges for carpet cleaning depend on which service you require. You can choose from basic, deep and premium carpet cleaning prices.
Our basic prices are from a minimum charge of £60. £75 for deep cleaning & £100 for full premium services. These prices are based on 1 room or service being ordered. If more than one service is ordered the cleaning is significantly discounted. See our price list for full details
Can You Guarantee To Remove All Stains From My Carpet?
No, but we will guarantee to try our best! Although we can remove most everyday stains and marks from a carpet. Unfortunately, cannot guarantee the removal of all stains from you carpet.
However, we are trained and well-practiced in advanced stain removal techniques. Therefore, we only guarantee to give our best efforts to removing the stains. Especially as there are so many factors which can make a stain permanent or not.
How Long Will It Take For My Carpets Take To Dry After Carpet Cleaning?
It Depends on the skill of the carpet cleaner, the type of carpet & the power of the machinery. It is possible to achieve drying times of 1-4 hours. However as a worst case scenario between 8-24 hours.
This range of times is influenced by carpet fiber, air temperature & ventilation. We offer a turbo drying service. which is part of our premium package. This speeds the carpet drying up significantly.
Do You Guarantee Bad Odours Will Be Removed By Carpet Cleaning?
In most cases yes, as our local carpet cleaners are certified odour control technicians. Capable of successfully treating and removing most smells completely from the carpet. Especially if we deal with the problem immediately or soon after the contaminant has contacted the carpet.
In moderate cases of where there has been a build-up of contamination in the carpet. Or the problem has been left for a too long. There may be less chance of completely removing the odour from the carpet.
However, if the problem has penetrated the carpet backing and gone into the underlay. Then depending on how severe it is, we may be aiming to control the smell rather than remove it completely.
Unfortunaltely, in the worst case scenario. One where there is severe repeated soiling, or enough contamination has penetrated the carpet backing. Perhaps even the underlay and reached the sub floor. It may be impossible to remove the odour to acceptable levels.
What Should I Do Before Your Local Carpet Cleaning Service Arrives?
No there is no need to empty your rooms. It may be helpful to hoover first, but this is not essential as we can do that for you!
It's always helpful to clear the floor of any small and loose items of furniture. Such as dining chairs or nests of tables and clear ornaments or books from items that you want us to move.
Can You Clean Sisal & Sea-grass Carpets?
Yes, we offer dry carpet cleaning services. We do not use our steam cleaning machines on these carpets as they can damage and distort the fibers. We have a couple of different dry carpet cleaning methods to tackle Sisal & Sea-grass carpets. They are awkward to clean and unfortunately don’t give the same results as steam cleaning.
